We have contracted with government agencies, Kansas City Housing and Economic Development, and Habitat for Humanity, work that is held to an outside inspection standard.
The same crews frame and side every house. The company is locally owned, run out of Gladstone, and is not a franchise.
How we build
- Waterproofed foundations
- Code only requires damp-proofing. We waterproof every foundation, because it is the one part of a house you cannot go back and fix.
- LP siding, installed by LP-certified crews
- The same certified crews frame the house, so the work stays consistent from the first wall to the last piece of siding.
- Impact-rated roofing
- Standard on every home. Kansas City gets hail, and many insurers discount for an impact-rated roof, so it is worth asking yours.
- A one-year builder warranty
- It covers our workmanship from the day you close. Manufacturer warranties cover the materials after that.
