These cover what usually matters most when someone is deciding between an available home, a floor plan, and a more custom conversation.
Should we buy an available home or start from a plan?
A listed home gives you a specific location, price, and stage of construction to consider. A future build starts with the plan, lot, and options. Browse current homes if timing matters most, or compare floor plans if you are still defining your next home. Confirm move-in timing with the listing agent.
Can we choose finishes in a home under construction?
Some selections may still be available, depending on the home and construction stage. Use the Zillow link on the individual home page to ask its listing agent which options remain, what they cost, and when decisions are due. Do not assume the finishes shown in a rendering are included.
What is included in a plan’s starting price?
A starting price is a planning reference, not a quote for a specific build. Ask us to confirm the lot, elevation, included finishes, optional space, and site work for your project before comparing final costs.
