Can we still pick finishes if the home is already under construction?
Usually, yes. Cabinets, counters, flooring, and colors stay open until the trade that installs them is scheduled, so the earlier you buy, the more you can choose. Ask about a specific home and we will tell you what is still open.
What does your warranty cover?
One year of builder warranty on our workmanship, starting the day you close. Manufacturer warranties cover the materials for whatever term each manufacturer sets.
What makes your homes different from others in the same price range?
Mostly what you cannot see once the house is finished. Every foundation is waterproofed, the siding is LP and installed by LP-certified crews who also frame the house, and the roof is impact-rated.
