Buyer Journey

Six steps, and none of them are a surprise.

Most of what goes wrong in a build is a decision made too late or by the wrong person. This is the order we work in, and what you are doing at each point.

From First Tour to Final Walkthrough

The same path whether you are buying finished or building from a plan.

01
Tell us the honest version

What you want, roughly what you have to work with, and when you need to be in. If a finished home on the market beats anything we could build you, we will say so on that first call.

02
Stand in the layout

Every plan we offer has already been built in Riverstone. You walk the real thing — ceiling heights, hallway widths, how the kitchen actually opens onto the great room — before you sign anything.

03
Pick the lot and lock the plan

Which lot suits the plan matters more than most buyers expect. A walkout wants grade behind it; a reverse plan wants a slope. We match the two before a shovel moves.

04
Selections, in the order the trades need them

Cabinets before the cabinet installer. Tile before the tile setter. Each decision comes up when it is due, not all at once in a single overwhelming appointment, and not so late that it holds up the framing crew.

05
See it open, before it closes

You walk the house before drywall, while the framing, mechanicals, and waterproofed foundation are all still visible. It is the only time anyone can see how a house was actually built, and we would rather you looked.

06
Walkthrough, punch, and the year after

We walk it together and write down everything, however small. You close with a one-year builder warranty on our workmanship and manufacturer warranties on the materials — and you reach us at the number you have had the whole time.

We'll call you.

Leave a number and a good time, and we'll ring you back — no pressure and no sales script.

Only if you'd rather we email than call.

A real person calls you back — usually the same day, and always from AAA. No call centre, no list, and we don't pass your number on.
