- LP siding, installed by LP-certified crews
- The same certified crews frame the house, so the work stays consistent from the first wall to the last piece of siding.
- Impact-rated roofing
- Standard on every home. Kansas City gets hail, and many insurers discount for an impact-rated roof, so it is worth asking yours.
- A one-year builder warranty
- It covers our workmanship from the day you close. Manufacturer warranties cover the materials after that.

Less than in the surrounding Northland, since Gladstone is largely built out. Most of our active work is a short drive away in Riverstone. If you want to stay in Gladstone itself, ask us about lot availability, because it changes.
