Most of what makes a house last is covered up by the time you tour it. This is what is behind the walls of ours.
- Waterproofed foundations
- Code only requires damp-proofing. We waterproof every foundation, because it is the one part of a house you cannot go back and fix.
- LP siding, installed by LP-certified crews
- The same certified crews frame the house, so the work stays consistent from the first wall to the last piece of siding.
- Impact-rated roofing
- Standard on every home. Kansas City gets hail, and many insurers discount for an impact-rated roof, so it is worth asking yours.
- A one-year builder warranty
- It covers our workmanship from the day you close. Manufacturer warranties cover the materials after that.

Most of our current homes are in Reserve at Riverstone. We stay within a short drive of every job, so we can be on site the same day a question comes up.
Common questions.
Can we still pick finishes if the home is already under construction?
It depends how far along the home is. Each finish stays open until the trade that installs it is scheduled, and cabinets and countertops go in well before flooring and light fixtures. Ask about a specific home and we will tell you what remains open.
What does your warranty cover?
One year of builder warranty on our workmanship, starting the day you close. Manufacturer warranties cover the materials for whatever term each manufacturer sets.
What makes your homes different from others in the same price range?
Mostly what you cannot see once the house is finished. Every foundation is waterproofed, the siding is LP and installed by LP-certified crews who also frame the house, and the roof is impact-rated.
Should we buy an available home or start from a plan?
Buy an available home if timing matters most. Start from a plan if the layout does. If you are not sure, walk one of the finished homes in Riverstone first. Most people know which way they lean within a few minutes of standing in one.

The Kansas City Northland: Gladstone, Kansas City, Liberty, and Parkville. Most of our current homes are in Riverstone. We keep the area small so we can be on site quickly when something needs a decision.
