Start by walking a finished home. All three of our plans are built in Riverstone, so you can compare the Denver, Seattle, and Shiraz in person. Bring your timeline and a budget range and we can tell you quickly whether we are a fit.
How we build
- Waterproofed foundations
- Code only requires damp-proofing. We waterproof every foundation, because it is the one part of a house you cannot go back and fix.
- LP siding, installed by LP-certified crews
- The same certified crews frame the house, so the work stays consistent from the first wall to the last piece of siding.
- Impact-rated roofing
- Standard on every home. Kansas City gets hail, and many insurers discount for an impact-rated roof, so it is worth asking yours.
- A one-year builder warranty
- It covers our workmanship from the day you close. Manufacturer warranties cover the materials after that.

Do you only build in one Kansas City community?
Most of our current work is in Riverstone, but we build across the Northland. If you have a lot in mind somewhere else, ask us. The answer depends on the lot.
How are you different from a larger production builder?
We build a small number of homes and hold each one to the same standard. Every foundation is waterproofed and every roof is impact-rated.
Can I look at plans before I am ready to buy?
Yes. Comparing square footage, bedroom count, and garage size early costs nothing, and there is no obligation in walking a finished home.
