- Code only requires damp-proofing. We waterproof every foundation, because it is the one part of a house you cannot go back and fix.

- Standard on every home. Kansas City gets hail, and many insurers discount for an impact-rated roof, so it is worth asking yours.

- It covers our workmanship from the day you close. Manufacturer warranties cover the materials after that.

Usually the Shiraz. It is a reverse plan, so the main living space is on the upper level and the walkout level opens onto the yard. The finished one in Riverstone is the easiest way to understand it.
Does building on a slope cost more?
Usually, yes. There is more excavation, more foundation wall, and more work managing how water moves around the house. We put that in the estimate up front.
