How we build

- Code only requires damp-proofing. We waterproof every foundation, because it is the one part of a house you cannot go back and fix.
- LP siding, installed by LP-certified crews
- The same certified crews frame the house, so the work stays consistent from the first wall to the last piece of siding.
- Impact-rated roofing
- Standard on every home. Kansas City gets hail, and many insurers discount for an impact-rated roof, so it is worth asking yours.
- A one-year builder warranty
- It covers our workmanship from the day you close. Manufacturer warranties cover the materials after that.

Can you build on a lot I already have in Liberty?
Often, yes. Send us the address or the plat and we will tell you what it will support and whether one of our plans fits. Some lots suit a walkout, some suit a reverse plan, and some are difficult. We will tell you which.
What if I care more about layout than move-in date?
Then start from a plan. You will wait longer and have more say. Walk all three finished plans in Riverstone first, because preferences often change once you are standing in the rooms.
How early should we reach out?
Early, especially if you want to choose finishes or have a specific lot in mind. Changes cost the most after something is already built.
