This is the second Seattle Plan home going up in Reserve at Riverstone, at 8300 NW 90th St, Kansas City, MO 64153.
Because it is still under construction, there is genuine room to make it yours — cabinets, counters, tile, and colour are all still open depending on where the build is when you reach out. That is the whole advantage of buying early rather than waiting for a finished home.
The layout matches the completed Seattle at 8415 NW 90th St: an open main level with the great room, kitchen island, dedicated dining, and covered patio, with the master suite, three additional bedrooms, and the laundry upstairs.
The foundation on this one was waterproofed rather than damp-proofed, which is how we do all of them — it is the single decision you can never revisit once the backfill goes in.
