What we do with your information.
Short version: we use what you send us to answer you, and we do not sell it or pass it on.
What we collect
When you submit a form, we receive the details you provide — your name, email address, and optionally a phone number, along with the details you choose to give us about what you want built: plan, area, budget range, timeline, and your message.
Each inquiry also carries its source page and, when present, campaign information such as UTM parameters or advertising click identifiers. We use session storage to carry the first campaign information across pages during your visit. This helps us understand how an inquiry started.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you and to have the conversation you started. That is the entire purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to a third party for their own marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Who else touches it
Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit for delivery to our inbox. Its processing is subject to FormSubmit’s privacy terms (opens a PDF in a new tab).
The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. It records things like the pages you view, roughly where you are in the world, and what kind of device you are on. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not send it your name, email, phone number, or anything you typed into a form. If you would rather not be counted, Google publishes an opt-out browser add-on (opens in a new tab), and content blockers stop it too. This site does not act on a browser "do not track" header — we would rather say so than imply a setting works when we have not built anything to honour it.
Some pages embed a Google map. Loading one contacts Google, which is subject to their own privacy terms.
Links out to a listing on Zillow leave this site. What happens there is covered by Zillow's privacy policy and the listing agent's, not ours.
How long we keep it
Inquiries stay in our email for as long as they are useful to the conversation and to our business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Cookies and browser storage
This site uses session storage for inquiry attribution. We do not set a first-party application cookie. Google Analytics sets its own to tell repeat visits from new ones.
Asking us about your information
Write to aaalifetime@aol.com and ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
Changes
If we change what this site does with your information, this page changes with it.
